Classes

Our classes provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their personal growth and development. We offer a range of classes, from mindfulness-based stress reduction, ways to regulate emotions, to mindful crafting. Our experienced instructors guide participants, young and old, in exploring their values, goals, and aspirations, and provide tools and techniques to help them achieve their full potential.

Camps

Our camps allow children and teens to face new challenges, build confidence and develop grit. We provide a range of activities, from outdoor adventures to creative pursuits, that foster teamwork, creativity, and personal growth. With our experienced mindfulness teachers and outdoor facilitators, campers develop a sense of adventure, gaining essential life skills such as resilience, empathy and compassion.

My daughter enjoyed herself lots at the camp, learnt simple yet powerful strategies to stay calm and manage stress, and made new friends! As parents, we felt she was in good hands and I’m so glad they encouraged their independence.
I would highly recommend it!
